The terms that govern your use of the On My Way software, services and website, operated by Leadent Digital Limited.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the On My Way (OMW) software, services, and website operated by Leadent Digital Limited ("Leadent", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using OMW, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use OMW.
Use of the service
OMW is a customer experience layer for field service operations, designed to integrate with workforce management (WFM) systems including Oracle Field Service, IFS, SAP, ServiceMax, Salesforce Field Service Lightning and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service.
You agree to use OMW only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to OMW at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Subscriptions and payment
OMW is provided on a subscription basis. The applicable subscription fee will be set out in your order form or service agreement. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly required by law.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but any change will only apply to renewal terms or new subscriptions.
The 35% performance guarantee
Subject to the conditions set out in your service agreement, Leadent guarantees a minimum 35% reduction in inbound ETA-related calls within 90 days of go-live. If this target is not met, Leadent will continue working at no additional fee until the target is achieved or the engagement is mutually concluded.
The guarantee is conditional on the customer providing accurate baseline call-volume data, completing the agreed implementation plan within the standard 4–6 week deployment window, and enabling all baseline OMW features.
Data and privacy
Your use of OMW involves the processing of customer-facing data including names, contact details, appointment information and engineer location data. Leadent acts as a data processor on your behalf in respect of this personal data.

Intellectual property
OMW, the OMW name, logo, and all related software, content, and trade marks are the property of Leadent Digital Limited and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
No part of OMW may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used to create derivative works without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by your service agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Leadent be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of OMW.
Liability — key points
- Leadent is not liable for outages, performance degradation, or data loss caused by the underlying WFM system to which OMW connects.
- Leadent's total cumulative liability is capped at the amount paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
- These limitations apply whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis.
Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to use OMW after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
